"We had a great 3 night stay in Borgo Marino Plemmirio! Nice rooms with airconditioning and decent kitchen. The swimming pool is very nice with see views and even the Etna in the background!
Very close to this somewhat isolated location is a fantastic little beach (Spiaggia Massolivieri). It is the nicest beach we have been to in Italy!
Also the old town of Syracusa is a must-go-to."
"We chose to stay at this hotel because it was just outside of town and had a pool. The ground of the hotel are beautiful, and the pool was perfect in the extreme heat. My only issue was the location. It is a 15 minute drive to the center of Siracusa, and if you don't have a car, you are forced to pay 30 euros each way. There is no public transportation, and it is very difficult to get to any of the nearby beaches on foot."

"A lovely fully equipped house in a quiet residential area. Everything you need for your holiday & more. Antonio greeted us at arrival and showed us round. He was available for any questions we had during our stay. Nothing was too much to ask. We only had one problem and that was the hot water. We had to wait for the water to heat up again before the other one of us could shower and it ran out very quickly, leaving my husband with a head full of soap on our first morning. "
