"Beautiful resort high up inn the mountains a few kilometers from Harissa. The rooms and bungalows were rustic in a country mountain motif. The resort is surrounded by lush forests. The breakfast was delicious. The staff were absolutely fantastic especially Faour, Rifka and Marianne. The swimming pool and was perfect. Great relaxing stay"

"The property is new but requires maintenance.
Elevator usage is not allowed. Mattresses are very hard and not comfortable. Head clearance in bedroom very low and you risk to bump your head every morning and night. No internet in the bedrooms. Light bulbs either missing or not working especially in the bedrooms. Water pump malfunctioning. Stairs within the apartment very steep and narrow especially when taking luggage upstairs and downstairs. "
"We booked this hotel several months in advance through Expedia, with a prepaid reservation. When we arrived, the front desk claimed they could not find our booking and refused to honor it, even after we showed our confirmation email, reservation number, and identification.
To make matters worse, they offered us another room at much higher rate than our original booking.
Expedia attempted to contact the hotel for support, but the property ignored all inquiries.
