"This was a wonderful place to stay while in Rome. It is clean and comfortable. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome with snacks in your room and the lobby. Management responded quickly and efficiently with our requests. It is close to bus stops, train station and Metro (10 minute walk or less). They have an area you can store your luggage, which was very helpful on our last day. I highly recommend it. "

"The hotel hosts were very responsive and professional. There was a nice reception area on the floor. They even helped us with luggage since there were two flights of stairs. One huge bonus was the direct airport transfer for 2 people. It was affordable and we had a great time getting to know Mario, the driver and hotel manager/owner. Would highly recommend."

"Deseo Hotel is very clean. They have good breakfast as well. But when I checked in, they didn't give us two twin beds as I requested in my booking They blamed Expedia for not confirming it to them. We have no choice but to take the one double bed room. Also, unfortunately, I was victimized by an organized criminals in Rome and took my wallet leaving me penniless. When I get back to the hotel to ask for help to find me the nearest police station so I can file a report. They don't know it, but...

"Simple hotel with no ammenities near main train station in Rome. Hotel doesn't reach out to you for check in instructions, so it's up to you to do it. Thank you to other reviewers, we knew it's actually Hotel Enrica (not Hotel Serendipity) that we look for on maps. Luckily they let us check in same day, and LOVE the early check in. Super convenient when traveling from one city to another and you have bags and are tired. Walls are thin and locals who live in building are quite loud at all hours...

"The ladies in the front desk were all very nice and welcoming! We had a nice stay as the location is near many restaurants, cafes and the bus is located right across the street. If you enjoy walking the location is also perfect for walking pretty much anywhere. The only thing that would make this property 5 stars is changing the beds as they are not too comfortable but the staff provided us with an additional sheet which helped a lot. "
