Overall this is the perfect place to stay for a peaceful visit to Scopello."

Easy/enjoyable walk from villa to Borgo di Scopello historic area with shops/restaurants -- moderate 10 min walk (just very steep descent) to lovely nearby beach -- and very reasonable walk to the gorgeous Riserva Naturale dello Zingaro for hiking/swimming. Michele was welcoming, responsive and flexible - making sure we had any and all info/assistance needed to enjoy our time in Scopello."

The only slightly negative thing was that we had expected to be able to swim from the private access to the sea, but it wasn't possible for us to get past the rocks."

Very nice people who were easy to communicate with and were very responsive. Definitely one of the highlights of my trip to Sicily."

"What an amazing place! The views did not disappoint, nor did the property as a whole. It is as beautiful as it looks. Our host was impeccable. Excellent communication, fantastic recommendations, and perfect accommodations. A special touch: we arrived late due to some flight issues, and Alfonso went to the house and turned on the electric blankets on our beds. It was chilly (we visited in late March), and it was such a thoughtful thing to do. Everything is well-stocked, it's a quick drive to the nature reserve, and really, we're just sad we couldn't stay longer. We highly recommend and hope to return one day! "
