"We really wanted to like this hotel. Unfortunately, if smoking is allowed, it seems like the smoke smell carries throughout the entire property. Our room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and we had to sleep with the window open. We also wondered if someone had smoked in the room recently since the window was already open when we arrived.
That said, the room itself was clean, the lady at the front desk was wonderful, and the location was perfect for a stop on our trip. Sadly, the smoke smell was too much for us. We didn’t even open our suitcase because we didn’t want our clothes smelling like smoke. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning."
