"This is by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. We weren’t greeted in a kind manner, she just said “reservation number” in a very rude and demeaning tone. We got our key card and headed to the elevator which we got stuck in for 10 minutes. No buttons worked including the emergency button. ..."
