Room was dirty, bug was crawling on the floor when we checked in. Dead bug on the wall. Floors in hall way looked like they had never been vacuumed.There was so much trash in the parking lot It looked like a landfill.There was a domestic in the middle of the night, and three cops ended up showing ...

Best Western Plus Kelly Inn & Suites
Breakfast was good. Only 1 staff person so hard to keep up on cleaning tables etc. Kids enjoyed the pool and we loved the extended pool hours. Room was comfortable and clean. Recommend for price point and amenities for family. Location was great as well.
