This basic unit has the essentials for a quick visit or an extended stay in north Fargo. You’ll have access to a private room within a multi-unit building along with coin operated laundry within the common space.
The common space is a bit of a weathered area, but it is a short distance to your private room.
Guest Access:
You'll have access to your private room along with a community laundry room. The laundry room is coin operated.
The Neighborhood:
We're located near NDSU and just 5 minutes from the Airport! The majority of the surrounding area is student housing, apartments, and single family homes.
Getting Around:
There's plenty of room to park in the parking pad behind the house. The city bus routes also run just a few blocks away on 12th Ave N. We have Uber and Lyft in Fargo and should be around $5-10 to get to the airport, downtown, the Fargodome (though adventurous people could walk here).
Other Things to Note:
Since this is an apartment with other guests, you are likely to hear the comings and goings of those guests. This is a garden level unit and you may hear footsteps and some noises from the unit above you. Just as this unit allows dogs, some of the other units also have pets (dogs, cats). You will likely hear them greet you upon arrival.

Run down place
Great location but the place was sorely in need of repairs! Cracked linoleum in the bathroom, the heater baseboard needs to be completely replaced and cleaned, and the cricket that got inside took me a bit to kill. I would not recommend staying here unless you don’t care about a junky place

I didn't receive an email for the code so when I arrived I had to contact the property manager. He was quick to respond. My issue with the property was that someone knew the code to the apartment I was staying in and broke in but left as soon as they heard I was there. I contacted the manager and all I was told was that no one from their team was there. I didn't feel safe and they didn't resolve my issue. I was expecting them to change the code or change me rooms but I had no reponse after I requested that. It was late at night too and I'm a woman traveling alone so it was a very frightening experience.
