Staff welcomed me and went above and beyond to help me check in slightly earlier. Room was cool and bed was beautiful made up and very comfortable. Room was clean and had all the amenities. Breakfast was well stocked and maintained. One negative would be the fake eggs. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is being remodeled, but it did not interfere with my stay. My room was clean, the staff was helpful, and my nights sleep was excellent. The breakfast the next morning was beter than expected at a hotel. I was unsure when I saw that there was some renovation going on when I stopped, but I am glad I did. I had a very nice stay and would gladly stop in again. Also, very reasonable price!

Was pleasantly surprised after reading previous reviews. They are renovating rooms and you can tell they are putting forth an effort to improve the place inside and out. The room we stayed in was basically brand new, even had to peel the plastic off the mirror. There are areas that are currently being renovated but it didn't effect our stay.

Under renovations. No one ever at front desk nor did they answer phone. Breakfast bare minimum. Bed new and comfortable. Partially assembled new furniture in my room. Micro desk lamp, coffee maker has no access to a power source. Bathroom mostly renovated. Room and lobby clean. Pet friendly.

Pool was closed. Staff was never at the front desk. Breakfast was staged, but not really there. On a positive note, the room was very clean and well maintained.. I had a message stating that the price of my room had gone done, I was refused the new price as I was told it was another hotel. It was not.

The property was actually fairly clean and recently updated. However, our room had ants. The bathroom was renovated to be handicapped accessible but the shower sent water EVERY where and there were holes in the wall that didn't get finished with the renovation. The front desk person checked us in and we never saw him again. There were a pile of keys on the desk when we left, and I waited for 10 minutes for someone to come out so I could ask for soap,but no one ever did.

Stayed for one night--good enough for one night but still lots of renovations in progress and unfinished details. Check-in staff nice but we discovered the wifi didn't work. Called desk and no one answered-- they did call back but after verification with the desk staff they were unsure and told us they would call us back -- they never called called to verify the correct password or working vs not. Room was cozy but met the needs for two people and what we needed. Not sure if there's a pool or hot tub-- nothing mentioned and no map or directions given. It's right off the interstate but didn't hear the traffic-- sign is Best Western in big letters and then Red River in smaller. We didn't bring our dog but I think the online advertised price might be different than the signs listed on site?

During a stressful trip the staff went above and beyond to nake every accommodation possible. While they are under renovation it was a nice spacious room and location. Will look to stay again just to thank the staff at the front desk.

The staff was very helpful. I was impressed with how reponsive they were. I appreciate the ability of staff to have rooms available despite the upgrades to the hotel. The breakfast was good and I appreciate that the hot options were different each day.

Staff was great. The room looked like it had been remodeled recently but wasn't 100% completed. Hardware was missing on the door that used to be available for adjoining room access ong with caulking along tub floor and tile. Shower didn't drain well and was standing in puddle of water by end of short shower.
