"Relaxed, self check in. Keys were left downstairs. Quickly responsive. All my questions were answered via WhatsApp, before and while I was there. There's only an airport shuttle if you stay for 3 days or longer. My room was above the restaurant, so I had to close my window. So, I only ended up 1 mosquito bite. Haha. "The front desk staff made my stay and experience in Tirana well worth it. Arta is an amazing professional who is direct yet polite. The pool and food at the rooftop is worth everything. Rooms are comfortable and Internet works well in the room (not in the lobby or rooftop). Artistic design (check out the floor where breakfast is served) of the hotel is quite unique. Though the rooms can be renovated to match rest of the hotel. Overall, a great stay and I will definitely recommend or come back to stay again!"
