"All of the above. The staff exhibited flawless hospitality from the moment i walked checked in to checking out. The receptionist was exceptional. The bar staff went above and beyond. The lady doing the restaurant, i have forgotten her name, god forgive me, was exceptional. The staff give a very warm feeling homely feeling. Room: The room was clean and spacious with high ceilings. The bathroom was very spacious also. The room has all the essentials from bedroom slippers; bath rob etc. An extra special touch is the balcony with a 360 style entry, exit via bedroom room or bathroom. Restaurant If you don’t know what a club sandwich is the restaurant will leave you amazed. I also had the chicken ceaser salad. Mouth watering. The only thing I would say if youre looking for a hotel bang on in the city this is not the one. It’s only about 6-10 mins away by cab. It a case of balancing far away with class or nearer with less class. The choice is yours."
