"Everything was great as far as the hotel and the restaurants inside. The only issue I had was with Valet parking. They say it takes 10-15 minutes for your vehicle to arrive but me and my wife waited about 40 minutes for our vehicle"

"Staff and customer service were amazing. There is nothing they can do about the people hanging around. We saw people coming in through a gate in the back area right next to where we would have been staying. That, along with people sitting on the stairwells, made us a bit uncomfortable. We were traveling with children, if it was just us two adults it would have been okay. We were able to get a refund and that was an easy process. Other than that, the property was maintained, clean surroundings, convenient location, great pricing. I would definitely stay if we had no children with us."
