"This house was just perfect for us - 6 adults and 5 kids under 6. The hosts and Angie have thought of everything, and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Very responsive to any unforeseen issues. The view is breathtaking, pool crystal clean, and you can snorkel straight into the ocean from the house. We cooked at the house most nights, and kitchen was fully stocked with all utensils etc. A lot of towels and beach items. Multiple AC units and beds were very comfortable. Master suite especially is very lovely as you can take a bath and look out over the ocean. Not enough good things to say about this place. A couple tips: roads are bumpy if you rent a car, so would look at an off road vehicle, though very possible in our rental minivan. Stock up on groceries if planning to cook on your way in from George Town. There are smaller grocery stores close to the house, but if you’re wanting great quality and selection, stop in George Town. Don’t cook outside before dark at least this time of year just like they recommend! Flies come out of no where. Totally fine to cook after dark outside. Also highly recommend having the property manager Angie, a chef as her primary job, come cook for you at the house. Great food and very relaxing!"

"Wow! The Breakwater house went above and beyond in so many ways. The communication with the host was timely and always helpful. We rented their van to use during our stay and I highly recommend using that service. It was at the airport ready for us and it was a quick drive to the house. When we arrived, it felt like we were the first guests staying in the house! Everything was in such great shape and felt brand new. You can tell the owners put a lot of effort into making sure the house is stocked, cleaned, and ready for guests. We had a group of 12 and the house layout was perfect for a large group. All rooms have a bathroom, comfortable beds/bedding, and good air conditioning. The house was so well stocked. They have thought of everything you might need. The owners also provided a great guide with tips, suggestions, and contact information for things to do, places to eat, etc. The pool and beach at the house may have been our favorite part though! We spent so much time outside it was perfect to be out there in the afternoons after a day of exploring the island. The last day we actually decided to stay at the house and enjoy the pool and beach because it was so wonderful. This was our third trip to Exuma and we will definitely stay at The Breakwater again! "

"Hubby and I had a very nice 10 days at Coconut Breeze. Loved the pool and the shower the most! Wish there was a generator as there were many power outages, but that is to be expected in Exuma from what we read. Tim’s on the Bay is a must! We ate there twice! Very nice trip. Thank you!"

"Mostly like to say it was not a place for kids, so no kids. I love kids, but it was nice to have only adults around. We have no complaints whatsoever about our stay. Staff was courteous, friendly and out of their way helpful. Ask for Mary!!!!!! "

"This property wasn’t even on my radar as my searches only include homes with private pools. But since FB spies on my searches, this place popped up in my feed and it looked like everything we were looking for, just without the pool. So, I went ahead and booked it, and it was a great decision! The home itself is wonderful and very functional. The a/c works great which is a must for me and the home had everything we needed for our stay. The view from inside and from the upper deck is breath taking. But the little beach and the water......I love the ocean but it's a little intimidating for me normally. The depth of the water and the clear blue color here was perfect for someone like me. We made great use of the kayaks and stand-up paddle boards. We saw a sting ray, a few fish and saved a starfish that had gotten up too high on the beach. The lounging area on the beach is also perfect for tanning all day long if that's your thing. We enjoyed the relaxation and space here so much that the only place we went was to the grocery store. That's really unusual for us as we like to explore, but we just didn't feel the need to go find other beautiful places while we were sitting at a beautiful place already. The roads are pretty rough, but we wasted money on a jeep since we didn't use it much and a car will make it just fine with some skilled driving, so keep that in mind when pricing rentals. "Bellavista was perfect for us, all the amenities you can think of especially chairs and umbrella. The beach in front is neat in its on right plus sites over at stocking but the hidden gem is a 5-10 walk to your left. Unbelievable beach with calm beautiful blue water that is waist deep as far as you can go! Owners assessable anytime on the what’s up app as well. They even have a 2nd unit Bellavista Breeze 3 doors down. Will definitely seek another week with them the next time we try. "
