This cabin was just what we needed! We had 12 people stay. We hiked Cucumber Falls, took photos at Natural Waterslides, went skiing, visited Fallingwater, played games, used the hot tub, and so much more!!! I can't wait to go back in the fall. Such a perfect place.

This cabin was gorgeous and a wonderful getaway in the woods. The hot tub was a great addition and the cabin felt very remote. The cabin was a bit run down but overall very clean. Additionally, the kitchen was not stocked so we were missing basic cooking ingredients or utensils but did make it work. Would come stay again!

There were 10 of us - parents, two children + spouses, and 4 grandchildren. Highlight of our stay was campfire with hot dogs & smores, the hot tub, and the fact that it is isolated - no houses within sight.

The property exceeded our expectations. So serene and clean. Plenty of room for our 4 families to spread out. Fun memories made playing ping pong, relaxing on the front porch, playing games at the big dining room table and unwinding in the hit tub!

Chief Neimacolin lodge was perfect. Exactly as described, no surprises, except maybe, it was better than we expected. The location is close to Interstae, thus easy access. The running water at the base of the lodge was extra special.

Secluded, when you are close it’s located right near the curve! My family and I enjoyed the cabin. The creek is a huge bonus as you can walk down and enjoy as needed. Would come back! Few restaurants about 10-15 minutes away.

Loved the isolation and secluded location. 20 minute drive to the nearest grocery store. Pizza shop close by was very good. Not much area/land to play games or for pets to run around.

Reviewer Comments: Well I never stayed somewhere you are required to do half of the cleaning crew's job.Two of my guesthad to strip their bed clothes because large amounts of hair.Over all the house was dirty.The window treatments were absolutely filthy.The bathrooms were not cleaned thoroughly cleaned.The house and location are beautiful.

This is a beautiful property— very well appointed. The location is tough - no cell phone reception of land line so it’s very difficult to make plans or call ahead for things. Also because it is so far out - expect bugs and dirt! The outside areas were quite dirty and dusty, looking as though they hadn’t been cleaned yet this season. We also noticed termites throughout the beautiful decking - which added to the mess outside. We didn’t even sit down on the outdoor furniture. The hot tub was also quite dusty and dirty and the cover was gross. The interior was 7/10 in cleanliness. It is clear that This property is not rigorously clean between guests. That being said, the linens and accessibility of towels, pillows, and extra blankets were wonderful.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely curb appeal and spacious. However we were surprised that there was no internet, cable or cell coverage. The owner should consider turning on the land line in case of an emergency. This ended working out well as we actually got to talk with our adult children! One disappointment was the hot tub. The max temp was 89 degrees so was basically unusable. There was no mention in the planning information sent that you had to supply coffee filters for the coffee maker and there is no place to purchase them for probably 10 miles each way. Our reservation was made through AirBnB and we received an email from them at 10 PM ten days before our arrival that our reservation was cancelled and their Security and Fraud" department recommended we not contact the owner/rental agency. Upon calling OVR the next morning we were told the reservation was fine there was just an "incompatibility" with AirBnB's and OVR's reservation system. I think I fault AirBnB on this point. The basement bedroom is not entirely finished with drywall molding missing. Would we stay here again? Probably not given the above.

The house was clean and worked well for our group for meals and hanging out by the fireplace. Sleeping on futons and hide-a-beds were the only downside for several of us. The house was located close to Ohiopyle State Park. The only suggestion would be hooks on the back of bathroom doors to hang towels or clothes.
