A welcoming and warm staff. Excellent accommodations and most delicious food in the restaurant. Would not hesitate to stay at the beautiful Killeen House when visiting the area again. Highly recommend.

EXCELLENT stay! We arrived extremely late after a long day sightseeing. We were greeted by an extremely friendly front desk clerk (wish I got his name) who immediately checked us in. The following morning, we went in search of the Castles dog. We found him doing his job, right in front of the castles entrance! Grounds were lovely, Irish people have to be the absolute kindest people on earth! I highly recommend Ballyseede Castle!

From the outside it was lovely and very well kept and nice setting. The inside was also lovely and rooms lovely as well. Staff excellent. Location was a bit outside the main town but this proved an advantage being away from noise.

The leisure center was fantastic! The pool was the cleanest I have ever seen. They require shoe covers and swim caps. The staff keeps the area very clean and organized. The breakfast was AMAZING! The breakfast staff made our stay so memorable.

We just returned from Ireland and my opinion of this hotel is that the service and staff are as good as it gets. The bar is so nice and we made friends there every night which made it very fun. The rooms are smallish and nothing really special: mattress is great, pillows just okay. The location is perfect and you could walk to great restaurants, pubs & shopping without hearing the noise.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ireland as a must stay. The hotel itself was luxurious without being pretentious, the staff was so very helpful, it is centrally located to beach in Ballybunion, sightseeing in Killarney and the ring of Kerry, and a short drive to Adare and neighboring sights. After staying in many hotels all around the country on our visit over 11 days, we found the Ross Hotel room to be the most special. Our room had a king bed, fireplace, sitting area and a spacious bath and closet area. Our view was a back alley and also a lovely side view of a church. Very well located on the outskirts of Tralee. Lots of parking on site. A shopping center within walking distance (3 minutes). Excellent breakfast with lots of choices.

It was nice to be pampered and well attended after a few bnbs. We finished Dingle loop early so we arrived early. Room wasn't ready but was told about Killarney House and Gardens. Nice walk and tour. Loved the area, it was far enough away from the main city without being too far. Great location and an abundant number of activities to do in the vicinity. I highly recommend visiting the friary at Muckross Abbey at night.

Such a quietly elegant place. You feel like you are in Downton Abbey. The staff understands service and was gracious, helpful to a fault and friendly but never overbearing. The bathroom had a deep tub, heated towel rack and floor. It also had a terrace and a separate room as a closet. I was not in their best room but a mid-level room.
