Absolutely the best holiday and I have ever stayed at. The service, the staff, the amenities were exceptional. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel and I recommend it as one of the best hotels you can stay at.

Beautiful hotel attached to a huge huge mall which is so unique and pleasant. The hotel is a great place to relax and unwind. Overall a very pleasant experience.

The staff was very friendly and helpful as usual, you will be in the heart of The Avenues mall the biggest mall of Kuwait, all the shops are just few steps away. The breakfast was delicious and there was a new crepe station with freshly made crepes.

Recommend

The hotel is new , very nice rooms. The area is central but not by the beach or big malls , it's good for business people or if you have family in Kuwait .

The only issue was that the three hotels are connected, and at first, it was a bit confusing to find my room. It would be helpful if the access routes and elevators were made clearer, indicating which one leads where
