Amazing property in an awesome location … the ac in the room was a little wonky and the restaurant on property was lacking

Lovely, beautiful property with nice rooms

It was a wonderful stay!!! It is a great hotel, beautiful, where a single detail among hundreds makes this hotel one of the finest I have stopped. The service is to be compared with asian 5 stars hotels where I stopped in Thailand and in the Philippines. I deeply and highly recommend this hotel even if you do not plan to play golf. You will enter in a new galaxy and will forget your "world" for a few nights! The pictures on the website cannot even reflect the beauty and elegance of this place.

El Mirador staff were very friendly. I was contacted by the staff prior to my arrival to ensure a smooth check in to the hotel. While enroute to the El Mirador the staff called me to make sure that I was not lost on my way there, since this was my first time driving from Sicily to Italy. What a wonderful staff

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff and facilities were exceptional. We would definitely stay here again. It was also a great location to visit the surrounding cities that were within an hour drive.

The mother-daughter duo of Eliza and Elizabeth who run the B&B are amazing! Eliza was easy to contact and stayed late to check us in as our flight arrived late. Elizabeth was so kind and helpful and makes the best scrambled eggs and cappuccino’s! Needless to say we enjoyed the breakfast they prepared for us everyday. This is a boutique hotel great staff beautiful environment and very comfortable. It is simple so do not expect the facilities of a big hotel it is like being in a country home surrounded by beautiful nature. I would love to come back to it

Beautiful place, great customer service.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights and had the best stay! Our favorite part was the breakfast! It is family run and they were very welcoming and hospitable. The room was clean and fit our needs great. I would definitely recommend staying here. It is a great base if you are traveling to other cities around the area.

The staff was what made this place for us! We weren’t initially aware that only breakfast food is offered in terms of food, without anything really in good walking distance (and we didn’t rent a car), but the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and get us what we needed for the times where we didn’t have any plans (we went for a wedding that had shuttles and different activities during the day/night). We had a wonderful experience during our stay. We arrived at the airport much earlier in the day then check in time. I contacted Palladio De Luca staff to ask if we could drop off our luggage early and then come back to check in at 3pm and received a reply shortly after. They also asked if I had a rental car, which I said no I didn’t plan on renting a car. My son and I stayed at B&B Gianluis in September and we were very happy. Marcello was a wonderful host. The room was very spacious, we enjoyed the closeness to downtown and at the same time very quiet. we felt like the locals.... walked to the fruit store, bakery, perfume shop, restaurants, beauty salon and the many nice shops in Fasano and OH!! all the jewelry stores. Very clean. The best part was Marcello and the lady assistant.

We only spent one night here and the resort is beautiful! Vito was very helpful to us. The setting is gorgeous. Definitely recommend!
