"This was our first stay at a Melia Hotel, and we booked a junior suite at 'The Level'. The service was excellent, so friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much. The benefits of the Level such as the exclusive pool, lobby, breakfast restaurant, drinks and snacks was definitely worth the upgrade. I'll certainly look for this brand again. "

"Second stay here and it’s fantastic again. The apartment is HUGE, only had a one bed this time but ample room for me and my son. I was ill and wasn’t allowed out in the sun but you could easily live in this apartment never mind just holiday in it. The hot tub was a life saver and I’d urge anyone to spend the extra on it, I’m going back to Tenerife in August and there’s no hot tub apartments available which is a disaster. Anyway, just stay here, it’s great. "

The food was exceptional and the roof top "Vertigo" Lounge Club is a hidden gem. Shopping is close by, but if you are looking for copies, then you are in the wrong place. It's either souvenir shops with I love Tenerife tops and towels or proper designer wear, nothing in between. Would highly recommend this hotel if you want somewhere quiet to chill out and relax fully."
