"Rooms clean, staff pleasant, good location. The breakfast was exactly the same every morning, eggs & sausage links, stayed 3 nights. Other than that hotel was really great. Would stay here again."

"Stayed for the weekend, and the room was nice, it had everything we could need. The hotel itself was being remodeled so it wasn’t the best first impression. One of the elevators did not look safe and should have been marked not in use until remodeling was completed on it. Our floor as soon as we exited the elevator also had two rooms under construction which made the area sketchy. I would recommend a better way to “hide” this construction to make it more presentable instead of seeing plastic everywhere. The room and friendly staff made it up for the remodeling that was going on around us because our initial thought was “what did we get ourselves into” especially for the price we paid. Probably wouldn’t stay at this hotel again in the future but at least it was great for a 2 night stay. "

"Just as pictured and described, we had a great stay. King bed has a thick foam soft topper if you like soft beds. Was really impressed how quiet it is when you are in the villa, even with a bigger group next to us. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone, location to everything is wonderful both within Destin and within the resort. "

"My rating is low because I will check in time was April 2 checkout time April 5 our room was not clean until Saturday, but no clean sheets was put on the bed. The bed was half made up just throw together. They didn’t wash the tub out and they said they don’t wash out the tub not unless it’s a for a five day stay or extended stay when the sheets be changed off the bed we left to come back from Eden. Our door was open. It was not locked. We just walked right in so it wasn’t secure and it wasn’t safe so that’s why I gave them such a low rating and they was not so polite. I will not stay there at that hotel again."

"The hotel was small but very clean and comfortable, loved the fact that it has two pools and the indoor one being heated. Honestly would book again! A lot of places don’t let guests younger than 21+ stay because a lot can be very problematic and violate policies, but I’m glad this hotel has a minimum age requirement of 19 to check in. Only downside is you’d have to be up really early to be able to get breakfast. "
