Villa dei Colori - red villa

The villa that houses Casa Azzurra and Casa Rossa is located in a very convenient position, right in the center of the island, immediately behind the town on the side of the old prison at the beginning of Via Calamoni.
The two most famous coves of Favignana have inspired the name and the colors of the two independent apartments, Casa Azzurra and Casa Rossa, located respectively on the first floor and on the ground floor of the villa. The houses have an independent entrance and garden.
Each house has a large garden and a gazebo of exclusive competence.
The outdoor spaces have been taken care of by the owners who have very privileged the green spaces equipped with gazebos, deckchairs and comfortable hammocks. The construction of the two gardens is a particularly successful work of a well-known Marsala nurseryman.
Many parts of the furniture are single pieces found at niche fairs and shops.
Domestic hot water is generated in an ecological manner using solar panels.
Summer-winter air-conditioning is guaranteed by a latest generation multi-split inverter system, but its use is necessary sporadically thanks to the presence of a thermal coat that keeps the rooms always fresh.
In winter, hot water radiators and towel warmers are used in bathrooms powered by a latest-generation gas boiler.

The apartment was a perfect, quiet retreat. Walkable from the port, and with a grocery store just around the corner. Great spot to stay for a few days

Cala Rosa house extremely disappointing stay

Although this property was in a good location, we were very disappointed. It was dark, very run down and in need of repairs. The house was dirty and many kitchen utensils were rusted and unusable. The outdoor barbecue was full of rust. The towels were threadbare and ripped, the sheets were not clean. It was missing basic necessities ( toilet paper!) and only after contacting the host did he provide them. Beyond that , he did nothing else to make our stay more enjoyable. Infact,he seemed surprised that the house was in the state we found it in and his only comment was that he was considering replacing his cleaning lady. We found this comment was too little too late and the issues go well beyond just cleaning. Overall I would not recommend this rental house. It was definitely not worth the money we spent and we felt that it definitely did not present as well as the photos on Vrbo.

Abbiamo passato un piacevole soggiorno, casa Fresca e curata nei minimi dettagli.

Dotata di tutti i confort, piacevolissimo stare nel giardino verde, erbe aromatiche a portata di mano, qualche zanzara notturna ma assolutamente irrilevante. Posizionata dietro al paese raggiungibile a piedi, l'intera isola è percorribile in bici ( anche da bambini di 7 e 11 anni )

Very comfortable en beautiful

It's a beautiful villa in a quit area very close tot the centre town with al restaurants, cafe and shops. The vila has al the comfort we need with two small children. We had a very warm welcome from Ana and her husband Domenico. They were available if we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and like to come back. The island is beautiful! Only advice is to bring something for the mosquitoes.

casa grande e accogliente. Isola fantastica

Siamo stati due settimane in questa casa(4 adulti e un bambino) e ci ė solo dispiaciuto andare via. La descrizione della casa corrisponde alla realtà. cucina ben fornita. due bagni con doccia dentro e una doccia calda fuori a nostro avviso il top della casa . letti comodi, veranda fuori grande e giardino davvero ben curato. pulizia e precisione in generale. a 5 min a piedi dal centro. Per spostarsi di spiaggia in spiaggia o di cala in cala suggerisco bici o al max motorini. consiglio vivamente a tutti di spendere le vacanze a favignana e in questa casa. da non perdere assolutamente il giro in barca dell isola e una visita alla tonnara.

vacanza semplicemente perfetta

La casa rossa è idealmente situata vicino al paese ma anche alle spiagge. Noi vi abbiamo trascorso 2 settimane in famiglia. La casa è perfettamente attrezzata per poter cucinare e anche fare il barbecue. I bambini hanno adorato il fresco giardino. Da non perdere!

ottima sistemazione, soprattutto con bambini, villa bifamiliare in ottime condizioni e perfetta per vivere e mangiare all'aperto
