The hotel has a great location, but bad management. The place is wrecked, everything is rusted and VERY old. Cave Bianche Hotel
Nice staff and unique hotel however, got food poisoning at their restaurant and was on the brink of needing to go to the hospital. The beds are rock hard too, makes for a very uncomfortable sleep.

Resort Il Mulino
Wish I’d had the time to take advantage of the spa, bar, and pool. With so much to see and do on Favignana one really needs a longer stay! Strongly suggest learning as much Italian as possible if you don’t already speak the language.

Villa dei Colori - red villa
The apartment was a perfect, quiet retreat. Walkable from the port, and with a grocery store just around the corner. Great spot to stay for a few days
