"Dirty, changed my room, someone else in my room when I arrived so not safe to leave any belongings in room as someone else was in the building and had access. Didn’t send entry codes to one room. No toilet or shower so had to use a communal toilet which didn’t have any toilet paper. Cheap for a reason. Clearly are not cleaning the rooms. Wouldn’t risk sleeping under the sheets so slept on top of the quilt "

"Westbury Lodge was an absolute saviour for us and our pup after having to leave two prior properties due to various issues. Rosemary and David were so welcoming upon our late arrival and chatted with us for a bit before taking us to our room. David even took our luggage up to the room for us when we arrived. The breakfast was amazing and thoughtful. The lounge and conservatory were both cozy and welcoming, and although it was a short stay, we enjoyed our time in those common areas on our last...
