"This is the absolutely cutest hotel. It's not too far of a walk to the downtown and they have a very cool classy 70s aesthetics. In the lobby, they have complementary coffee, tea and water, as well as some video games and comfy couches and the rooms are comfortable."

"The corner suite was magnificent. It was clean and had plenty of space for my family to wind down for the weekend. The views were pretty good but the trees were a bit overgrown (probably from the wet winter) so it was a little difficult to see the lake. The staff was amazing (Frances and Michelle assisted with check in and check out). They were extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. Jenna was great as well! The outdoor area by the pool was very nice and it was great seeing all the other families spending quality time together too. They had a movie room and we watched Shrek. We didn’t get to use the spa but definitely will give it a shot next time. The close proximity to the Village was wonderful. About a 3 minute walk. We were able to grab dinner at the lake front restaurant and get breakfast at McDonald’s before we hit the road in the morning. The Stater Bros was so good to have. We were able to grab some snacks for the kids and a bottle or two to enjoy on the balcony at night. The housekeepers were so kind and did a great job as well. Beds were very comfortable too. On to the only negative: The game room could use some improvement or additional machines. The change machine was broken and there was no change on site. We had to walk to the Stater Bros to get change (slightly inconvenient but really not that big of a deal)"

" This place was invested with roaches I switched rooms the second room was more roach infested I had to buy my own can of raid this Motel needs to be condemned and the health department needs to be called on it immediately the infestation is sickening"

"Overall our experience was good. I did have one bad interaction with one of the cooks. Can't remember her name but she was an older woman with long hair. I asked for a waffle as I hadn't noticed they were in the warmer She gave me a dirty look and then opened the warmer. I appologized and stated that last time they were made to order. She then grabbed the spoon for the eggs and slammed it on the warmer, I guess to emphasize her point that they were in the warmer. Very rude and unnecessary. The other cook with the short haircut and glasses was a sweetheart and very helpful. The other one should take lessons from her."

"While the staff was friendly and helpful when needed. However we did not know the access to all the utilities or where they all were? Also, advertises a bar and restaurant which wasn’t opened ? Also, website shows a sauna but we did not get to use it? Again the room, parking, & the property was delightful but not being able to walk to village a bar and restaurant on grounds would have been better. Overall a 4 out of 5"
