Beautifully finished villa on one level fully renovated and tastefully furnished. Large American-style handmade kitchen fully appointed with vaulted ceiling and Velux skylight. The breakfast area seats ten. Double fridge with an integrated ice-making machine. The kitchen leads to the study and entrance lobby. Separate laundry with washing machine, drier, steam, and ironing board. Master bedroom with king-sized bed has on suite. There is a further double bedroom and twin. There is a separate family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower.

The kitchen and lounge have an integrated sound system operated by a 55" curved LG Smart TV served by UK decoder. (French TV available. Bose surround system).
New Fiber WiFi
The Stone terrace can be accessed from both the kitchen and lounge and through
bi-folding doors. The terrace overlooks a newly lined, 12-meter x 6-meter heated swimming pool in a tranquil setting overlooking the forest. There is a stone table on the terrace and two outdoor couches. There is some gym equipment available in the garden, a ping pong table, hammock.

There is sufficient off-road parking for six. The property is accessed through electric-coded security gates.

The pool is internally lit and there is plenty of outdoor lighting.

Une maison qui a une âme
Villa très bien située entre les villages tous accessibles à 15min de voiture. Joli deco et Propriétaire très à l’écoute. Très bon séjour, maison parfaitement équipée et calme. Super restaurants et promenades à faire dans la région.

Nice House
NIce house in a quiet area. The silence was however broken by a lot of noisy from the pools waterpump. the house is for 6 persons, but there was only 4 sunbeds and 5 chairs for the table outside.

Vi boede en uge i Simons hus og det var bare fantastisk. To voksne og tre unge mennesker 16 år til 20 år. Alle nød opholdet. God beliggenhed, 4 min i bil til bageren, 8 min i bil til stort supermarked og 10 min i bil til lille hyggelig by med marked hver tirsdag, torsdag samt lørdag lige ved kirken. I huset er der alt hvad man skal bruge men specielt terrassen og poolen gør at vi også næste år vælger dette hus. De få gange vi har haft brug for at få fat i Simon har der været hurtig respons. Absolut anbefalesværdigt.

Maison avec extérieur très agréable à vivre
Accueil chaleureux et sympathique de Simon, le propriétaire. Maison conforme à l'annonce. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié son extérieur qui permet à toute la famille de profiter en même temps des loisirs proposés : grande piscine, appareils de fitness, table de tennis de table. Plusieurs coins de repos sont également disponibles : canapé proche de la piscine, canapé sur la terrasse couverte et hamac très apprécié par l'ensemble de la famille. La terrasse couverte est très agréable et le ventilateur au dessus de la table extérieure est un vrai plus. Le jardin est bien entretenu et de nombreuses fleurs en pot viennent égayer la piscine. Concernant l'intérieur, la surface est parfaite pour 5 personnes : une très grande et belle cuisine, un salon cosy, 3 chambres de taille correcte. Nous aurions apprécié que la chambre avec les 2 lits simples soit complétée par 2 tables de chevet avec lampes, une moustiquaire à la fenêtre comme dans les 2 autres chambres et un peu de décoration. Les 2 autres chambres sont joliment décorées et meublées. Dans la cuisine, il nous a manqué quelques éléments de vaisselle "classique" : des petites tasses à café et des petits verres. Le prix nous a paru un petit peu élevé au regard de la maison que nous avions louée la semaine précédente. Au final, nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans la maison pleine de charme et globalement bien équipée.

Bon accueil du propriétaire, personne réactive et à l'écoute, environnement très agréable, logement propre et fonctionnel, petit bémol sur la piscine car pas tout à fait fonctionnelle (eau trouble). Séjour agréable et reposent.
