"Never realized I needed to call ahead of time to see if they had functional elevators or enough blankets for the guests…
I booked the stay to get ready for a concert and have somewhere local to stay after with my baby and sisters. When we arrived, there was a line to the concierge desk waiting to get into the elevator (only one of four was functional). When I checked in at 5 pm, they said my room (2 queen beds) was not ready (even though check in was at 4) and said they could put us in a room with a king and a pull out instead. They did not have enough blankets for the pullout so we had to stack sheets and use baby blankets to stay warm. When trying to get it sorted, when we tried to call the front desk, they told us they had too much going on and couldn’t help at the moment…Back to the elevators… the only was to get up to the rooms was the elevator. They did not allow us to walk up the stairs, only down. My sister and I had to get ready for the concert in the lobby bathroom because the elevator took so long. Several times throughout the visit we had to use the stairs from the fifth floor while carrying my luggage and my six month old. When we tried to leave in the morning, we waited with our wagon full of luggage and baby gear for thirty minutes for the elevator, only to have it be completely full every time. Eventually we had to carry the wagon, luggage, and baby down the stairs. The staff was not very helpful as they were busy dealing with prom guests. Do not recommend. "
