This location is steps from Dickson street night life, Northwest Arkansas Greenway, restaurants and more. Lge deck and yard, great for Razorback pregames. Outdoor lighting allows for enjoyment well into the night. Home has 2 queen bedrooms 1 full, 1 bath w/ walk in shower. Full kitchen with new appliances and open shelving making it easy to find. Margaritaville Bahamas frozen drink maker. 4 Tvs with Roku, free High Speed Wifi for streaming. LG Wash tower. Electric Fireplace with remote.
The space
Bedrooms equipped with extra sheets and towels in the closets we have iron, ironing board, blow dryer, kitchen is stocked with dishes and cooking utensils, grill outside charcoal kept in lower kitchen cabinet by door, full size laundry soap is located next to machine in tin. Desk stocked with basic office supplies.
Guest access
there is parking for 2-3 vehicles in upper lot, neighborhood has sidewalks that take you straight down the hill to entertainment district, the COOP located on the corner of Lafayette and 71 has Veo Ride scooters and electric bikes for rent.
Other things to note
the owners are an hour away so there is ring outside entrance you can push button and have immediate access we want to help with whatever may arise
