Big Time Razorback Moan Place - Centrally Located -1.5miles to Campus

This vacation rental features BOTH sides of the duplex, which together sleeps 16 people, with a total of 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. It is located near the UofA campus, only 1.5 miles from the Razorback stadium. It is on a cul-de-sac in a neighborhood. Only 1 block away, there is easy access to the Razorback Greenway by foot or bike. The Greenway is a paved bike or walking trail which takes you through Northwest Arkansas. Both properties have been updated with fresh paint, new countertops, appliances, flooring and etc.

University of Arkansas Graduation

This property worked well for us we had 10 family members stay but were supposed to have 13. ( some ended up not being able to make the trip) host addressed an issue with the heat and air immediately and solved the issue. Would stay here again if in the area.

Weekend in Fayetteville

We enjoyed all of the space and the kids enjoyed playing outside. The home is close to the University and the Town Square. The owners are wonderful. They send all of the information you will need promptly and answer questions quickly. Truly enjoyed our stay. Would book again
