The newly remodeled Stadium Cottage is a light-filled studio home with a plus one bedroom with twin bed and a Queen pullout. The original floors and stylish design are only surpassed by its location. You will wake up in the shadow of Razorback Stadium. With a king bed, twin in the back mini bedroom, and a fold out full, you and up to four close friends can have a magical weekend in Fayetteville. A charming back porch is the perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee overlooking the UofA.

Stadium House available for rent as well (if you have a larger sized group).

Our family of 4 went to your U of A and the location couldn’t be more perfect. The place is very clean and exactly as it is described on the listing. I would definitely recommend this place and will be staying again if it’s available for us next time.

Fabulous Location to UofA

Great location if you have a student at UofA! The house was nicely decorated and well appointed. It was very comfortable and a great place to go to relax!! It had every thing we needed!

Everything about this place was incredible. Super clean, tastefully decorated, plenty of space, well stocked with ALL essentials, and excellent location with a view of the stadium. I would recommend and we’d love to return! Thank you for making my first stay in Arkansas wonderful.

Perfect Cottage with a View

I rented this cottage to bring my mom up to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. This was the perfect cottage for the weekend. Everything is beautiful and upscale and just so cute!! We loved the view of the stadium and loved being so close to my daughter’s sorority house that we could walk. This would be the perfect location for game day for sure!

Incredible location and cozy quarters right next to the stadium. I wish I was a university of Arkansas football fan and could stay there during games! Everything worked as noted. Clean.

Great stay near Stadium

I didn’t attend a game, but visited my son during the week. Loved the house—it was very clean, prettily decorated, and VERY convenient to all things UARK. The neighborhood is very walkable, and quiet. This house would be amazing on a game weekend because the stadium is so close. But it was an amazing weekday stay as well.

Darling cottage

Everything was perfect! Very clean, beautiful decor, and everything you need for a great stay. We cooked dinner in one night and there is even a huge spice rack and all the necessary pots pans and utensils. Thankyou! We will definitely book again!

Lovely Cottage

The Cottage was attractive and equipped with everything we needed. Great view of the UA campus and Razorback Stadium. It was handy to the downtown area. Two little fawns stayed right outside our fence! Adorable! Our only concerns were the steepness of the driveway and rock steps and the lack of lighting in those areas when coming in at night. (We are 75 with some mild mobility issues.)

Wonderful cottage in a great location!

We visited Fayetteville to enjoy the area and attend my daughter's University of Arkansas freshman orientation. Even thought it wasn't football season, it was exciting to be so close to the stadium. The cottage was pristine and had everything we needed. The beds were comfy and there were plenty of towels. We also enjoyed sitting on the porch because the weather was beautiful. Great communication with the host, as well! The only negative were all the cars parked at the house rental above us. At one time there were 13 cars at the house. We share a driveway, but a couple of drivers were not good about staying on "their side," and it was sometimes difficult to back out. We made it work though, and everything else was perfect!
