"I liked the location and staff . I didn't love my room because I thought it was smaller than the price entailed. The room was an upgrade from the basic room and it was smaller than I anticipated. Plus the window was small and wasn't as accessible. I did like free coffee machine - that was a nice perk. The staff were friendly and accommodating."

"The room was clean and breakfast was reasonable. For the price it was a good place to stay. Location is the best for access to many attractions by foot. Staff was friendly and helpful. Easy walk to train stations! Visitors center staff was extremely helpful. Disappointed to not be able to get in to the Independence Hall tour."

"Was only here 1 night but it was nice. Room was a little smaller than I’d expected and somewhat bare bones - no closet, just a small shelf and rack to hang stuff. But the bathroom (sliding frosted glass door) was pretty huge. Water pressure for shower was a little weak but not horrible. Location was great and staff were great."

"Really expected better customer service. Upon arrival I valid my vehicle in Porter took my bags but had no cart to put them on so had to carry them like a football. Mile at the checking desk they tell me my room isn’t ready yet so I say how can that be check-in is at 3 o’clock it is now 6 o’clock in the evening. It should’ve been ready to stay in the minute. I booked it so I had to wait about 15 minutes in the lobby why they tried to figure out what was going on meantime the Porter has my garment bag over his arm, wrinkling all my clothes, and to carry bags he was holding in one hand or flopped over his shoulder needless to say this isn’t how I expected my luggage to be handled but anyway, after waiting 15 minutes, they tell me my room is ready. They give me my keys and I proceed to the elevators with the Porter that still carrying my bags for me with no cart we arrive on the 12th floor. He opens the door we walk in I look out the window and I am staring at a parking lot. so I go down to the front desk they give me a water front view room and it wasn’t a king suite I just gave up at this point at least I had the water view. They had two weddings in the house, but that is no excuse not to provide five star service. probably but never go back to this Hilton. I could’ve got this kind of service at Motel eight for a fraction of the price"

"Hotel was nice and was convenient to access public transportation. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Customer service could have been a little better with friendlier check-in hostess. Specific example is when i picked up my luggage since i could not check in early, they just handed it to me with no verbal acknowledgement or courtesy."
