"The house was in a great location. The hosts were avaible whenever I had questions and even mades sure the sidewalk and steps were salted and sholved when a snow storm hit. We would definaetly stay here again when we return to the area!"

"We drove to the neighborhood where the apartment was located and instantly felt that the neighborhood was not safe and decided to leave. We did not even check into nor return to the apartment. I felt we did not get an accurate depiction of the neighborhood from the online description of the location of the apartment."

"Location had nearby subway access, and plenty of coffee shops and restaurants within a short walk. Check-in process was a breeze, and the room was cozy without being cramped. Weekend nightlife and elevated train did get noisy, but didn't run super late. Earplugs helped."

It was in close proximity to several really great restaurants! However, there were a few cons. The building itself is pretty old and dirty. "Property was clean and looked as described with a stocked kitchen. The check in process required some extra assistance from the host due to a power outage though the issue was resolved quickly. Street parking was always available without extra cost. Conveniently located between downtown and UPenn. Would stay again!"
