"Horrible hotel and management. Had the police called on us barely 20 minutes into our stay from a neighboring room stating we might have abducted someone. A few hours later we received noise complaints, including from our downstairs neighbor who stated we were walking in the room too loudly. I’m not sure how we were expected to move in w room and why management bothered us with this complaint. First thing in the morning, the manager showed up to our door stating she had received many noise...

"Perfect place to stay for wedding. Easy to get to from the airport. Location is like being in the suburbs pretty much anywhere with the same shopping, eating, businesses. Staff was so pleasant and accommodating. The continental breakfast was one of the best according to husband. Loved the walk in shower and great water pressure. Bed very comfy and was able to control the room temp to our satisfaction. Only thing, for me, was we were right outside where the elevators were and you can here...

"The young women checking us in was rude. She told the customers before us that if the did not be quite they were about to get cussed out. We waited over 45 min to check in at 1:30 am. There were multiple angry customers waiting in line. Once we got our room there was no hand soap, Kleenex and on a half roll of toilet paper."

"Great room. Comfortable beds!! We slept well and caught the complimentary shuttle to the airport. There is covered airport parking just next door to the hotel. Super convenient! Would stay here again and again."
