"This house was the perfect place for us to get away from the convention center, and much cozier than a hotel. A couple of suggestions would be to have more dishes and silverware (a group of more than 2 would need to do dishes about every meal), and to install some towel hooks on the back of the bathroom door so there is more than the one rack. We would definitely stay here again if we return for another con!"

"The communication is top tier and the host was attentive to my questions from the start to the very end. The location was perfectly central to U street and the festival grounds with plenty of street parking. Conveniently located to stores and shops. The beds were comfortable and the balconies added a nice touch to the area as we would sit and enjoy the view and weather from the back porch.
