"The room was very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff person was extremely friendly. Shuttle was so easy and less than 5 minutes (could have walked). The breakfast had good options and the buffet area was kept clean! Not crowded at all during our stay. This is a great option for coming and going from the Asheville Airport. "

"The staff was very friendly. The only concern I had as I had to book a second day separately from my first day. When I arrived, I try to check in for both days consecutively and the person on the staff said I would have to come to the desk the second day and check in again, although keep in the same room the morning on the second day, I come in to the office try to check in for the second day staff tells me I’m all set nothing to do you’re all set then halfway through the second day my key gets shut off because I have to go to the office and get my key turned back on because I had to sign for the second day it seems very inadequate and a waste of my time.."
