- Apartment in country style - The apartment is on the 1st Floor of a completely renovated country house hotel and is designed for a maximum of 2 people. It is a pure NON-SMOKING APARTMENT! We offer you an extremely comfortable stay on the island of Fehmarn on 60m ². You lack nothing. Very spacious bathroom with large shower and washer dryer. Large living room with flat screen TV with HD reception. High speed internet. Fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, Tassimo coffee machine and much more). Spacious bedroom with a very comfortable box spring bed. 2 balconies (east side and west side) 2 parking spaces directly in front of the house.

To all dog hair allergy sufferers: Since the owner is the owner of the dog, it can happen that, despite intensive cleaning, dog hair can be in the apartment after leaving the apartment.

Für uns war es genau richtig. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen. Zum Strand muss man bisschen fahren, war für uns aber kein Problem weil wir gerne Rad fahren

Schöne großzügige,sehr saubere Wohnung.Die Küche ist mit Allem ausgestattet, was man braucht.Es gehen von der Wohnung zwei Balkone ab,sodass man zu jeder Tageszeit die Sonne genießen kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Eine perfekte Ferienwohnung

Wir zwei waren im August 2022 in dieser wirklich schönen Ferienwohnung. Es hat an absolut nichts gefehlt, den großen Balkon haben wir stundenlang zur Entspannung nach den aktiven Tagen genutzt. Die Vermieter und Verwalter waren top, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für uns gibt's 5 Sterne!

Gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung war top gepflegt, ist augenscheinlich frisch renoviert und ist mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen Urlaub benötigt, so wie auf den Fotos auch ersichtlich. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter im Vorfeld war super freundlich, auf Fragen wurde zügig geantwortet und sogar Tips zum Urlaub was Restaurants etc. angeht haben wir bekommen. Es liegt auch ein sehr umfangreicher Ordner in der Wohnung mit allen Restaurants, Terminen, Fahrradverleihen etc. auf ganz Fehmarn, der hat super bei der Tagesplanung geholfen! Die Übergabe der Wohnung geschieht vor Ort mit einem festen Bewohner des Hauses. Auch hier war der Kontakt super freundlich und wir konnten den einen oder anderen Geheimtip abstauben. Leider gibt es keinen Fahrradunterstand (Regen und e-bikes...), das war uns aber aufgrund der Beschreibung der Wohnung und auch wegen Nachfrage beim Vermieter vorher klar. Wir haben uns, auf Anraten des Vermieters, eine "Fahrradgarage" für 2 Fahrräder für knapp 15€ im Internet bestellt. Fahrräder am Ständer abgeschlossen, Garage drüber, fertig. Dafür gibts auch keinen Minuspunkt, wussten wir vorher und war kein Problem - sollte man aber dran denken! Wir hatten einen super Urlaub und würden die Wohnung sofort wieder buchen! 5 Sterne!

Ferienwohnung zum Wohlfühlen

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Der Balkon hat eine schöne Aussicht über die Felder und ist ideal, da überdacht, um auch bei nicht so gutem Wetter draußen zu sitzen. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht und auch sonst fehlt es an nichts. Eine tolle Wohnung für eine schöne Zeit auf Fehmarn. Der Ort Petersdorf liegt verkehrsgünstig, sehr schön für Ausflüge. Ausserdem ist es sehr praktisch, dass ein Edeka und ein Aldi direkt im Ort sind.

Sehr gut und hochwertig eingerichtete Wohnung

Die Wohnung war sehr gut und hochwertig eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung gleich wohl gefühlt! Die Wohnung ist schön ruhig gelegen, ideal um zu entspannen. Trotzdem ist man aber schnell zu Fuß im Ortszentrum von Petersdorf und mit dem Fahrrad/Auto schnell überall auf der Insel und am Strand. Perfekt für erholsame Ferien! Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern und die Schlüsselübergabe haben hervorragend geklappt. Jederzeit wieder!

Die Buchung und Schlüsselübergabe funktionierte einwandfrei. Eine sehr schöne, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit topp ausgestatteter Küche und modernem Bad mit Waschmaschine. Wir fühlten uns sofort wohl in der Wohnung und können diese zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Super ruhge Lage und nur 5-Minuten Spaziergang zur Dorfmitte mit Restaurant, wo man sehr lecker frischen Fisch essen kann. Ein rundrum gelungener Urlaub!

Tolle Wohnung, bei der nichts fehlt

Wir hatten einen super schönen Urlaub und die Ferienwohnung hat dabei keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sie ist super sauber und es fehlt an nichts. Wir kommen gerne wieder!! PS: Was uns auch besonders gut gefallen hat, ist die Lage der Wohnung. Besonders in der Hauptsaison ist die Wohnung ruhig gelegen und man kann dem Trubel super entgehen :-)

Fehmarn entschleunigt

Komme wieder. Die Insel und das Klima hat mich sehr überrascht. Wäre viel früher her gekommen. Aber werde es nachhaken. Kann ich nur empfehlen.
