The permanently moored boat in Fehmarn's marina features large floor-to-ceiling windows providing breathtaking panoramic views of the water and surrounding nature.



Step outside to enjoy both your private covered and uncovered terraces with stunning sea views. The spacious roof terrace features a hammock, beach chair, and loungers, perfect for relaxing and watching impressive sunsets. The rear terrace provides additional space for unwinding, while the comfortable relax couch ensures pleasant evenings aboard.



Street parking is available on a shared basis, and an EV charger is accessible for shared use. Public transportation is conveniently nearby. Pets are welcome aboard, and the accommodation is located near the beach, just minutes from the south beach ideal for walks, swimming, and water sports. Please note that events are not allowed on the property.



Fehmarn offers numerous activities from cycling and surfing to nature excursions. A motorboat requiring a license is available for rental to houseboat guests.
