Das Apartment war sauber, die Betten bequem und die Bettwäsche angenehm. Das Gebäudefoto ist von Hausnummer 68, welches aber 3 Wohnungen beinhaltet. Man selbst kommt dann in Hausnummer 68a, welches ein eigenständiges Haus ist. Hier gibt es sehr viele Mängel. "Wie der check-in ablaufen sollte, wurde überhaupt nicht mitgeteilt. Nur durch eine Email wurde man informiert, daß die Kurkarte vom Hotel Vierjahreszeiten in Bensersiel verteilt wird. Erhalten habe ich diese nie. Der Schlüssel lag ohne vorherige Information auf der Theke der unbesetzten Rezeption des Hotels und die Adresse stand drauf. Beim Angekommen in der Wohnung fällt der dreckige Boden auf. Im Wohnzimmer waren zwei Klappbetten, wobei bei einem Schrankbett die halbe Holzverkleidung fehlte...
