"We enjoyed our time here. The place was very clean and the property was lovely. The host was very welcoming and he made us feel at home. We would highly recommend this place to stay. It is about a 20 min Uber ride from the historical area of Porto. "

"Notre séjour s'est très bien passé, avec un hôte adorable, attentionné et disponible. L'endroit est tout simplement magique, et les photo sont en dessous de la beauté du lieu. Une fois là bas, on n'a besoin de rien, tout est parfait. Si l piscine ne suffit pas, la mer est à moins de 20 min, C'est avec plaisir que j'y retournerais !!! "This is a nice calm place to escape to reconnect with nature and a slower pace of living. There are lots of nature trails to hike. Aveiro and Porto are an hour away, but you have some very unique tourism opportunities about 10 minutes away in S. João da Madeira with their industry tourism and hat and shoe museum!"

"The property itself has a lot of potential to be a great place with minimal effort. However, it clearly showed its age. Living room furniture was stained. Owner did provide sheets to cover at our request so we could sit. One of the bedroom window shades was broken and it took owners five days to respond after our request to fix it. As we were leaving day after, we told them not to bother. We also had to ask for additional towels as the ones provided were not sufficient for four people staying...

"Fernado & Amelia were very welcoming and had generously left a welcome gift pack. We were given lots of information about services & things to do in the area. The outdoor living space with bbq & outdoor sink and plenty of charcoal together with the pool greatly enhanced our stay in early July. The only downside was there was no airconditioning (our error not noticing when booking) as in the 1st week temperatures were up to 40 degrees but fans were provided. A lovely peaceful setting."

"Séjour très agréable passé dans une belle maison à la décoration atypique. Maison très bien équipée, propre située dans un quartier calme et à 30 min de Porto.Pedro est très accueillant, disponible et est de bons conseils pour découvrir la vie portugaise. "
