The Finca Jeroni
On the ground floor of the open living-dining area with access to a beautiful covered terrace and the kitchen. Furthermore, on the ground floor three double bedrooms. Two of the rooms are equipped with two single beds and share a bathroom with bathtub. The third bedroom has a double bed and bathroom en suite with bath. Upstairs is a further double room with 2 single beds and en suite bathroom with bathtub. On the back of the house, in the outdoor area, there is the laundry room.

The bedrooms feature air conditioning fixed operating time (20:00 - 06: 00h). Central heating

The beautiful curved pool of 10 x 4. 5 m is surrounded by several palm trees in front of the terrace. The brick barbecue is located on a covered terrace and enjoy long barbecues "al fresco".

Das Haus war gut ausgestattet und sauber. Das Hauswartehepaar ist sehr nett. Einzig die Betten dürften gerne mal ersetzt werden. Sie sind sehr einfach und knarren bei der kleinsten Bewegung. Im oberen Bad braucht es sehr sehr lange bis das Wasser überhaupt lauwarm wird. Die Duschköpfe könnten in allen Bädern mal ersetzt werden.

Wir waren mit 6 Freunden eine Woche lang in dieser Finca und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, die Küche ist groß und gut ausgestattet. Die 3 Bäder waren sauber, großzügig geschnitten, leider gab es im Obergeschoss nur lauwarmes Wasser. Der Außenbereich ist traumhaft. Große überdachte Terrasse mit riesigem Massivholztisch. Der Pool ist sehr schön angelegt und auf der Grillstelle kann man größere Gesellschaften bekochen. Abgerundet wird das vom schönen Blick auf Portocolom und das Meer. Als kleines Highlight wartet auch noch eine Tischtennisplatte. Ein Manko waren die Betten, die doch recht weich und laut knirschend waren.
