"A great accommodation that fulfils all wishes. Very good room layout, very high quality furnishings and absolutely clean. The outdoor area is great and there were surprisingly few mosquitoes. "Excellent property, very well presented and clean throughout.No air conditioning in the lounge / dining areas but there are plenty of glazed doors to open. "Pros: Wir waren eine Gruppen von 7 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern im alter von 9 Jahren. Das Haus ist sehr ländlich gelegen und hat einen schönen Ausblick auf das Kloster San Salvador. Wir hatten 5 Schlafzimmer. Diese waren Landestypisch eingerichtet. Wir hatten einen Pool, wenn man keine Lust hatte an den Strand hatte, hat man einen Pool Tag eingelegt. "We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the beach. We had both breakfast and dinner at the hotel. While the food was good overall, we especially enjoyed the dinners because each evening featured a different theme. This made every meal feel unique, and we loved having the opportunity to try a variety of delicious dishes. Although we did not spend much time in our room, we loved our partial sea view, especially in the mornings. One thing that surprised us was that the bathroom did not have an exhaust fan. Since there were no windows, the bathroom felt like a sauna after taking a shower. I would also recommend bringing a travel-size hair dryer. The hotel hair dryer is mounted very close to the wall, and the cord does not extend, making it difficult to use comfortably. In addition, you have to continuously hold down the button while drying your hair, which was quite challenging when trying to use a blow-dry brush at the same time. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would like to thank all the staff for their hard work and for being so welcoming, friendly, and fun throughout our visit."

"Fabulous hotel with great staff. We were offered an upgrade of the Jacuzzi rooftop suite which was worth it. Very private terrace with views of the water. Portocolom is a very relaxing area to stay in, we'd recommend car hire to get around the island. Family friendly resort. Staff and manager were lovely and very helpful."

"Excellent location right next to beach and bars and restaurants. Laura on reception was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Air con worked well. Beds and pillows were very comfy (firm). Washing up detergent, cleaning cloth and bin bags provided. Beach towels available at reception (deposit required). Quiet and secure at night so slept well. Would def return"

"Had a fantastic stay!! Room was spotless and overall the grounds were very clean and well kept. The staff were so welcoming and attentive. The breakfast buffet was delicious with great options. The pool area was very nice as well, just wish it was open later! Would highly recommend staying here!"

"The property for an all-inclusive package charged 1 euros per day per towel and $25 euros for one week for the safe box. I have never experienced that traveling any where in the Europe or any part of the world especially for all-inclusive facility. Food was fine but they mostly make a lot of pork dishes."
