It is intentional false advertising. The “shared bathroom” clause is supposed to have you assume you will be sharing the place with the elderly woman that lives there and whatever guests she has in another room. She called us that day and corrected our grammar and was very rude. Upon arrival, we walked past a living area...

"The house was very clean. Two bedrooms had king size beds (the third had a queen size bed) which were all very comfortable. They had extra blankets and pillows and towels which was welcomed. I would definitely stay here again!"
