"In the small print of the description of these apartments it states that a surcharge of 50 euros will be levied for cleaning costs. I find this unusual as cleaning is normally included in a set room price. If we had stayed at the House Neza for a week the cost spread over that period would be negligible. However we stayed for two nights and left the property in almost pristine condition. Therefore the surcharge seems excessive and in fact increased the substantial enough room price by 25 euros a...

Der großzügige Garten ist ebenfalls mit nutzbar. Wer Lust hat auf Ruhe und ganz viel Natur, wird sich hier sicher wohl fühlen. Die Wohnung ist geeignet auch für ältere Kinder. "We were welcomed by the owner and shown the apartment which is spacious and very clean. The views are stunning and it's lovely peaceful and quiet. The only drawback was the long gravel driveway which for us, traveling on two large motorcycles, was less than ideal but when travelling by car will not be a problem. "

"Fantastic property and great location for our family ski holiday to Goldeck. Lovely facilities with plenty of space for a large family. Log burner looked amazing but was not required due to the property being hot enough. Just be aware that the property is down a steep hill which may make access awkward during snowy conditions. Really enjoyed ourselves and will be back next year."

"Overall of course perfectly located on Ossiacher See if that is where you are aiming to be. Very quit and amazing views from the terrace. The appartment however has not been upgraded since the early 80s (except the shower) and things like amenities are a mix of left-overs/spare accesories. It works but basically its done in a way to maximize rental income with minimum investment. More importantly the appartment is very damp which is largely because they probably save on cost during the winter...
