Tranquil holiday home with private pool

Stay in this nice 3-bedroom holiday home in Occitanie with your family or a group of friends. It offers all the ingredients for a relaxing stay! The house has a private swimming pool for the refreshing dip or spend time one of the terraces enjoying your drink. The area is surrounded by many restaurants offering delicious meals and drinks. In the vineyards, you can explore the nice wineries. There are hiking trails which are easily accessible. Minerve Village is 15 km away. There are many other tourist attractions that are worth visit. You will be spending a lot of time outside, be it on one of the terraces or at the private swimming pool, although the interior is perfectly equipped as well. You can prepare delicious meals in the kitchen and enjoy the meal in the living/dining room on the dining table overlooking the balcony/terrace. The parking facility is also available here.

Wir sind gerade in unser Zuhause zurückgekehrt und blicken auf einen sehr gelungenen Urlaub zurück! Das Haus hat eigentlich alles, was wir uns wünschen können, wir hatten 2 schöne Wochen mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. Die großzügige Aufteilung aller Räume, die Küche mit allen Geräten. Es gab sogar einige nützliche Dinge, die wir nicht mehr selbst kaufen mussten (Spülmittel, Spülmaschinenwürfel, Handseife), was wirklich schön war. Das Badezimmer sah neu und luxuriös aus und hatte eine schöne Dusche. Auch alles sah sauber und frisch aus. Gute Betten sind uns immer sehr wichtig, daher konnten wir auf diesen Matratzen gut schlafen. Es gibt Ventilatoren zur Kühlung und was ein echter Pluspunkt ist, ist, dass überall an jedem Fenster und an jeder Tür Insektenschutzgitter angebracht sind. Darüber hinaus war die Aussicht von der Veranda atemberaubend, man konnte weit sehen und das in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung, so dass man sich entspannen konnte! Der Pool war großartig, das Wasser war wirklich herrlich, so dass wir bei warmem Wetter ein erfrischendes Bad nehmen konnten. Für den Einkauf in einem großen Supermarkt muss man 15 Minuten und eine halbe Stunde zu einem Lidl oder Aldi fahren. Mein Mann konnte mit dem Mountainbike einige schöne Radtouren unternehmen. Und was uns wirklich zusätzlichen Luxus bescherte, war das Gästehaus, das Ihnen eine eigene Unterkunft mit eigenem Kühlschrank und eigenem Bad bietet. Alles in allem hatten wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub und blicken gerne darauf zurück. Wir würden diese Villa auf jeden Fall empfehlen, besonders wenn Sie Ruhe suchen und die Natur genießen möchten.

L'emplacement est juste parfait pour une escapade relaxante, entouré de vignobles et de plusieurs restaurants délicieux, J'ai adoré passer des après-midis paresseux au bord de la piscine privée, en sirotant des boissons sur la terrasse, La cuisine était bien équipée, donc nous avons préparé d'excellents repas ensemble, Juste un petit avertissement, le WiFi était un peu lent par moments, mais cela n'a pas gâché notre plaisir, Je recommande définitivement pour un voyage en famille ou une réunion entre amis !
