The food was delicious, and a major bonus was breakfast being served until 12pm—perfect if you like to sleep in. You’re just steps from the beach, making it the ideal spot to unwind. I definitely recommend this hotel if you’re looking for comfort, great service, and a prime beachside location!"

"Absolutely our favorite hotel in Tulum. We know Tulum well, have been 9 times. Be Tulum is soooo our favorite. Just perfection. Favorite restaurant by far is Arca. Incredible quality food. Hartwood is still good. So is Casa Banana (for steak). "

"The rooms were clean and modern and very comfortable. Cleaning service was very good. The main pool was good size and clean, there is fun rooftop area with good views and soaking tubs. Our breakfast was included, you ordered off a menu and it was tasty and filling. If you have rented a car and want to see a lot of sites, Centotes, mayan ruins, etc great location. You can still walk to good restaurants in Tulum and ten minute bike ride to beach. There is really no public beach in Tulum and had much seaweed. Jaguar beach is US$20 per person entry fee. The Jaguar park beach is very nice and we did stop at Paraiso beach club which had nice facilities along with the very nice Jaguar park beach."
