"This was the perfect little space for our family. The cottage has a nice size bedroom for my husband and myself and the 2 teenagers took over the sofa bed. The kitchen was a nice size and the bathroom had a very nice large shower. We spent most of our time at the local beaches (just a short drive) and exploring the area. The art district was a very easy walk with some nice little shops! The hosts and their family were absolutely wonderful!"

"What a wonderful setting. This place has a lot of charm. It has all the attributes of a modern cottage yet is only 10-20 minutes away from major beaches and waterway. Excellent restaurants and stores are within minutes. An extensive waking area is also adjacent to the property. We had an issue with the lock as the description did not match (I guess the locks had just been updated and I am technically challenged). However Pedro was able to immediately remedy. "Location was great. It is within 2/3 miles of every restaurant you might want. After a couple weeks, we learned how to get around without using New Haven. The TV and internet were excellent. Small, but good for the two of us. Stove and fridge were a nice convenience. Property owners provide all necessities prior to and during stay. I would give it a 5 star, but mattress and doors need replacement as well as some window treatments."
