"The setting for the cabin was great…easily accessible to Henry Cowell state park and the downtown area of Felton. If you want a cabin feel in nature, this is your place. The cabin itself is rustic but has everything you need plus amenities like soap, shampoo, dish soap, coffee filters, etc. The cabin was very clean and it was nice to have a porch and a parking spot next to the cabin. The registration person was friendly and very accommodating. Our only concern was that our cabin futon could use a replacement…but other than that, it was an enjoyable stay."

"This property was perfect for our family of 4 for our stay in Felton for a family reunion. It is centrally located and within walking distance to downtown Felton. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The hot tub was also clean and well maintained and an added, relaxing bonus to our trip after event-packed days. It is also not a far drive to the Santa Cruz Boardwalk. We enjoyed our trip and this rental."

"As advertised: Excellent location, quiet, clean, well supplied kitchen, comfortable furniture, easy communication with O'Neal property management, easy check-in.Read the fine print: 1. No Air Conditioning, which is a factor during summer months. (Not listed is that the apartment is over a garage with a steep wooden staircase for entry) The garage faces west making the apartment uncomfortably hot during the afternoon through early evening with high temps above 90F. They do supply fans.2. Identity Verification process required for check-in. I have never had to do this for any other rental property. It is not about safety. Creates unnecessary risk for identity theft. Having a VRBO account and credit card on file should be sufficient. Additional upload of a personal ID card is not necessary.Compliments: The refrigerator died during our stay. The property manager and owner reacted quickly to provide a temporary small frig and had a large replacement frig delivered the next day. It was a pleasure to meet the owners. Very nice and caring people.Recommended Update: It's time to replace the shower. Black mold in the shower pan (caulk). It's not a factor of cleaning. The property is very clean. Starting point is to remove/replace caulk. Probably requires replacing the shower to fully cure the problem."

"The property was fine but nothing special. Kind of pricey for 3 couples. Spacious living areas but not particularly warm and inviting. The third bathroom is off the kitchen…not near the bedrooms. Therefore 2 of the smaller bedrooms share one small bathroom. Only one hand towel, shower towel and washcloth per/person for 3 nights. No beach towels or extra amenities. The kitchen was ok but no extra spices or cooking oils etc…The back deck/porch was big but the furniture could use sprucing up as the cushions were worn and dirty. On the plus side we were given early entrance which was nice and made our travel to the area easier. The hot tub was clean and hot!"

"Beautiful property with excellent amenities (new appliances and bathrooms). Deck chairs were a bit old but everything else was perfect. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking for a family. Home is steps off hwy 9 but it was still amazing and a great location to get to lots of beautiful redwood park’s and Santa Cruz boardwalk and wharf."
