"This was a beautiful hotel in Wuxi- we had wonderful rooms and the staff was very friendly. The only problem that I had was the room temperature. Perhaps a problem with Westerners like me, but I need a room to be at least down to 18-20 degrees Celsius/ 68 degrees Fahrenheit in order to sleep comfortably. "This hotel is in a beautiful setting and I would highly rate it except for two issues. One is that the air conditioning does not go lower than 23 Celsius. We tried 2 rooms and same result so it is a hotel wide lower limit. You cannot have 19 or 20 Celsius. Second is that the very nice pool is overrun with kids taking formal swim lessons.
