Communication with owners was very good and the pool was kept clean by Claude who visited often to check everything was OK. "Le lieu de la propriété à La Nouaille est très isolé des sites à visiter. Il n'y a pas de parking pour le véhicule. Depuis la rue, il faut monter des marches pour accéder au jardin, puis encore des marches pour accéder au RdC, puis un escalier extrêmement dangereux avec des marches très courtes et en pente très accentuée. "I had a lovely week, away from it all, in Haute Correze. I love the area though I wasn't familiar with Ussel and its surroundings but found loads of new places to see and things to do. The accomodation was very spacious (I was alone), the dining room, kitchen and bathroom all well- equipped. I was there during a heatwave and the terrace was sometimes just too hot to sit out on, but still an asset to the property."
