The doors were unlocked with everything cleaned and ready for guests. Once we closed our room door we unlocked it with the last 4 digits of our phone number. We never saw staff but we were well taken care of and enjoyed the ease of coming and going

Nice old fashioned hotel experience. Clean bathroom, comfortable bed. Needed dusting on window blinds and lamp bases. Easy check in. Doll/toy museum and railroad museum within walking distance. Plenty of estaurants too.

This is a classic old hotel. It is a little ragged from wear, but it was clean and comfortable. And the house was friendly and helpful. This was a safe warm place to beduring a snowstorm.

I thought the Fenway Hotel was a great hotel. From check In to Check out there was great Communication. The bed was very comfortable and never woke up whole night. The shower was also very nice. They had small refrigerator and a microwave in room. Had a non keyless entry to your room. Free parking on south side of hotel building. If in area again will come back forsure.

This is a very charming hotel, very clean and elegant. Seems like the air conditioner wasn't working properly. We couldn't get the fan to stay on. If we come to this area again we'll stay again.

This place is absolutely gorgeous and very quaint with much history to it. Rooms are very comfortable and accommodating. Fell in love with the lobby and it's beautiful charm. We arrived late after a long long drive and they texted to make sure we were well and estimated time of arrival so they were present to greet us and make sure all our needs were met. Which all were. Definitely look forward to staying here again in the future.

Room was cozy and clean. The property is dated, but that certainly adds to the charm. There was some confusion with getting checked in. They wanted to charge me for the stay even though I had already paid via Expedia. After two phone calls everything was sorted.
