Fenwick Island Beach Block Condo with Pool. Fully Renovated! Easy Beach Access!

This is a gorgeous 3BR 3.5BA FULLY RENOVATED condo located a 1/2 block from the beach in the heart of quaint and quiet Fenwick Island. Community pool right in the backyard (in season) and walking distance to a number of Fenwick Islands best food, shopping and entertainment options.

MBR with king bed and sliding glass door that opens to a deck that offers an ocean view. Also from the top deck, you can see both the Village of Fenwick and the Fenwick lighthouse. Guest room features a bunk twin bed over a full size bed with a roll out trundle. 2nd floor living area has top notch kitchen, dining, family area, fireplace and another furnished deck to enjoy. Second MBR with queen and full bath on first floor with sliding glass door to a private patio that overlooks the pool.

Renovation finished in winter of 2019 - all new floors and paint throughout, new kitchen cabinets, bathrooms, appliances, and fixtures.

A large 50'' smart tv is located on the 2nd floor living area. There are also two large flat screen televisions in each of the master bedrooms. Complementary WIFI is available to guests.

Fenwick Island is located on the Delaware/Maryland state line and is considered one of the "Quiet Resorts". It is an easy walk to find family fun at some of Fenwick Island's nearby attractions. This includes the Fenwick Island State Park, Viking Golf and Go-Karts, Thunder Lagoon Waterpark, the Fenwick Boardwalk and the Candy Kitchen.

If you are interested in exploring more of the DelMarVa peninsula, Fenwick Island's central location makes for the perfect home base. Here are some fun nearby locations to check out and the approximate driving time to get there:
