"Property was overall very nice but some things needed attention. Because our rental was in December, I would recommend more blankets. The combination microwave/oven over the stove was not working properly. The oven portion worked but the microwave was not. The cleaning service could also do a deeper cleaning. Pantry floor and under/behind dressers was not clean. Overall though, these were things we were able to deal with. Wonderful vacation"

"We’ve stayed at sea watch before so knew what to expect. The place was nice and has sufficient beds. The only weird part is you walk into a den with beds. Tough to not disturb whoever is using those beds with no door and next to front door. There was a drip in the master bathroom from shower head. Easy fix just kind of annoying to hear all week. "The house was immaculate and well maintained. The sleeping arrangement of the bedrooms proved ideal for early risers on the first floor and late sleepers on the second. The upstairs entertainment area provided a comfortable refuge from the bustle of the first floor open plan kitchen/dining/sitting area. The kitchen was very well equipped, enabling cooking and baking for a birthday celebration. Both the owner and the guest contact were readily available and responded to any questions immediately....

The house is much bigger than it looks with lots of living space to spread out. We were able to spread out in the four bedrooms and three decks but also enjoyed meals together on the deck and game night at the dining table. The kitchen was well stocked as was the garage. Lots of boogie boards and deck furniture. The best parts are the immediate access to the beach and the walkable/bikeable neighborhood. "We got what we paid for. Not complaining at all. It's bare bones. If you get a room you get a bed , fridge, tv, microwave. Our view was right on the boardwalk and could see and hear the ocean which was equally one of our favorite parts. Slept so good. The downside is just because it can get a little noisy at certain periods because you are right on the boardwalk, but it was nothing overwhelmingly loud. Just be aware that you can hear the sounds of the boardwalk. Would definitely book here again...
